Our client was accused of racially aggravated offences to which himself being Somali born strongly maintained his innocence over the incident involving false evidence from Job Centre staff.

The case demonstrates that, despite evidence from 3 separate civil servants , if the allegations are false they should always be tested before a jury because its the one thing the Police and State cannot control ( yet).
