Ashcotts Solicitors have successfully secured the release without charge of 3 suspects in a multihanded police enquiry relating to an alleged mass gang fight leaving one individual on life support following multiple stab wounds.
Three clients of Ashcotts were subsequently arrested and detained on suspicion of attempted murder. Ashcotts Solicitors vigorously defended their clients at the police station and made representations and criticisms of the police that their investigation was one sided,biased and was, in any event, based on poor evidence as against the 3 clients of Ashcotts. We are pleased to confirm after a short period on bail, whilst the police reviewed their case at the request of Ashcotts, that no charges are to be brought against our clients.
