Ashcott Solicitors was formed during 2010 by Safdar Ashraf, an experienced criminal defence solicitor of some 12 years standing.

Safdar, or Saf as he is know by many of his regular clients, has practiced as a criminal solicitor since he qualified in December 1999. Saf has a well respected client base for whom he represents from his city centre based offices on Princess Street in Manchester.

Saf remains the principal solicitor of the firm and is joined by Senior Consultant William Southcott, a very well respected serious fraud and regulatory lawyer/solicitor, who runs a very busy international practice operating in the UK, Spain, Northern Cyprus and Dubai.

The firm of Ashcott Solicitors represents its clients from the police station, to appearances the Magistrates’ Court, the Crown Court and beyond.

With regard to the serious matters, Ashcott Solicitors will always if necessary instruct an experienced barrister to represent you. Ashcott Solicitors have close ties with a number of highly respected Barristers’ Chambers around England & Wales.
