Manchester Criminal solicitors secure Acquittal in case of serious violence
Defendant Acquitted of Violence at Train Station
Ashcotts Solicitors and instructed counsel James Keeley achieved an acquittal yesterday at Leeds Crown Court. Their client was a young man who was accused of being involved in a violent fight in the McDonald’s Restaurant at Leeds Train Station.
The Defendant maintained that another male had attacked his friend and then turned on him. The jury accepted that all times he was acting either in self defence of his friend or himself and returned a not guilty verdict.
